Momentli, operated by M&M Consultants Inc. ("we", "us"), provides hotel room decoration services in Yokohama and Tokyo, Japan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website (roomdecor.jp) and how we use it.
When you submit our inquiry form, we collect the information you provide, including: your name (as on the hotel reservation), hotel name, booking reference, check-in and check-out dates, requested decoration date, occasion, the celebrated guest's age and gender (optional, for decoration styling), decoration requests, email address, and phone number.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share your booking details with your hotel only to the extent necessary to obtain room access permission. If you proceed with a booking, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not receive or store your card details. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify).
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). If you decline, no analytics data is collected. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations in Japan, and then delete it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at reservation@mandm.jp.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (APPI).

お問い合わせフォームの送信時に、お客様にご入力いただく以下の情報を取得します: 氏名(ホテル予約名義)、ホテル名、予約番号、チェックイン・チェックアウト日、装飾希望日、記念日の種類、お祝いされる方の年齢・性別(任意・装飾の参考用)、装飾のご要望、メールアドレス、電話番号。

入室許可の取得に必要な範囲でのみ、ご予約情報をご滞在先のホテルに共有します。ご予約成立時のお支払いは決済事業者(Stripe)が処理し、当社がカード情報を受領・保管することはありません。フォーム送信はホスティング事業者(Netlify)により処理されます。
当社はサイト利用状況の把握のためGoogle アナリティクス4を使用しています。解析用Cookieは、Cookieバナーで同意いただいた場合にのみ設定されます(Google Consent Mode v2)。同意されない場合、解析データは一切収集されません。Cookieはブラウザ設定からいつでも削除できます。
お問い合わせ・ご予約情報は、サービス提供および日本の法令・会計上の義務の履行に必要な期間保存し、その後削除します。
ご自身の個人情報の開示・訂正・削除は、reservation@mandm.jp までいつでもご請求いただけます。
個人情報は、日本の個人情報保護法に従って取り扱います。
