Towel art is crafted using the hotel's own towels. Our staff will return them neatly at checkout.

Which area do you cover?

We are based in Yokohama and primarily serve hotels in Yokohama and Tokyo. Please contact us to confirm availability for your specific hotel.

What if the hotel does not allow outside decorators?

If we are unable to obtain hotel permission, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

How do I pay?

After you approve the quote, we will send a secure payment link by email. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe.

Can you send a photo of the completed setup?

Yes — upon request, we will send a photo of the room before you enter. Please mention this when filling out the inquiry form.

Can I change the date or details after booking?

Changes are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible. Changes made within 48 hours of check-in may incur additional fees.
